Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
A comprehensive first appointment designed to understand your mental health history, current concerns, and treatment goals. This visit includes diagnostic evaluation, review of relevant medical and psychiatric history, medication assessment (if applicable), and development of an individualized treatment plan.

Self-Pay Rate: $199
Follow-Up Psychiatric Visit
A follow-up appointment to review progress, monitor symptoms, and adjust medications or treatment plans as needed.
30 min
Self-Pay Rate: $125
Extended Follow-Up Visit
A longer follow-up appointment for situations requiring additional time, such as complex medication adjustments, significant clinical changes, or more in-depth discussion of treatment planning.
45 min
Self-Pay Rate: $175
Returning Patient Re-Evaluation
A reassessment visit for returning patients who have not been seen within the past 6 months or whose clinical needs have significantly changed.

Brief 15-minute Phone Consultation
New prospective patients begin with a brief 15-minute phone consultation to discuss concerns, ask questions about services, and determine whether the practice may be a good fit. This conversation helps guide next steps before scheduling a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation.

Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a $75 fee, as this appointment time cannot typically be offered to another patient on short notice.
